Kutch White Rann & Rann Utsav

Day 01: Bhuj – Kutch – Rann Utsav

Pickup: Pickup from Bhuj Airport / Railway Station / Bus Station as per arrival time.
Hotel Check-in: Transfer to your traditional Kutch hotel/resort. Standard check-in at 12:00 PM, subject to availability for early check-in.
Rann Utsav Visit: Depart around 3:00 PM to explore the spectacular Rann Utsav.
Craft Stalls: Enjoy approximately 1 hour exploring local handicrafts and shopping.
Great White Rann: Visit the breathtaking White Rann and enjoy the stunning salt desert landscape.
Camel Ride: Enjoy a camel or camel-cart ride at your own cost.
Sunset: Experience the beautiful sunset over the White Rann.
Evening: Return to the hotel/resort and enjoy traditional Kutchi folk music and a bonfire, subject to resort arrangements.
Full Moon Special: Guests with the Full Moon Package can visit the White Rann at 9:00 PM for a magical moonlight experience, subject to BSF permission and security regulations.

Kalo Dungar & Local Sightseeing And Return Go Back To Sweet Home

Departure: Check-out from the hotel/resort at 09:00 AM and proceed towards Bhuj.
Kalo Dungar: Visit the highest point of Kutch, famous for Magnetic Hill and Guru Dattatreya Temple.
Local Sightseeing: Depending on available time, visit Swaminarayan Temple, Aina Mahal, Prag Mahal, Kutch Museum, Vande Mataram Memorial, Hiralaxmi Memorial Craft Park and Bhujodi Craft Village.
Shopping & Crafts: Explore authentic Kutch handicrafts, handwoven textiles and traditional arts at Bhujodi Craft Village.
Sightseeing Note: We will try to cover maximum attractions while ensuring timely departure for your scheduled flight, train or bus.
Drop: Transfer to Bhuj Airport / Railway Station / Bus Station as per your scheduled departure.

More than 16 Day of Tour: 25%
Payments can be made by UPI and Net banking for Online Booking and Cheque, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS for Offline Bookings. Cheque should be in favor of 'Khushi Tours'.

6 - 14 Days: 100 %
15 - 30 Days: 50 %
Before 30 Days: Free
Cancellation fee applicable on Net Tour price (per person).
In some cases, if any trouble issued on Arrival Company will not responsible
for that issue, above the charges as mentioned in the table here in above
shall be borne by the guest.

Policies Details

Room
Room will provide to guest as 2/3 sharing in hotel/resort. Into the Kutch desert we providing traditional mud rooms in non-A/C. And any special request will be accepted depend on hotel/resort.
Time
All guest will follow time rules, if any guest will do late and they miss any sightseeing than they responsible for that miss moment.
Food
Into the Kutch area only Gujarati and Kutchi meals available in dinner. And any changes depend on hotel/resort.
Pick-up & Drop
We arrange your pick-up & drop on your given time, if any train / bus / airplane will late than company will not responsible for that. If any issues in arriving than guest will directly come to property by itself own.
Vehicle
Vehicle allowing depend on group member. 02 to 04 sedan car, 05 to 06 Innova / Ertiga car, 07 to 16 tempo traveller in A/C or Non-A/C. if any personal issues with vehicle than we provide Extra vehicle on extra payment basis.
Payment
100% Advance before 15 days.
Full Moon
Moon will show one time in package. Any guest wants to more than one time to see full moon than they can see in extra payment basis. Moon entry is depended on BSF permission, if BSF will not allow to see the moon than Guest will support to company to do best for guest.
Sightseeing
Government closes & On time closes Guest will support to company to do best for guest.
Cultural Program
Culture program is Kutchi folk musical program, and it will arrange by hotel/resort than if any changes guest will support to company to do best for guest.
